Your graphics will outlive trends if you treat them right.
A premium screen print is an investment — in the design, the statement, and your rotation. Five rules to keep your GFTD MNDS pieces looking fresh:
1. Wash cold, inside out. Always. Cold water protects the print and the fabric; turning garments inside out keeps the graphic from rubbing against everything else in the machine.
2. Tumble dry low — or hang dry. High heat is the #1 killer of prints. Low heat or air drying keeps graphics crisp and prevents shrinking.
3. Never iron directly on the print. If a piece needs pressing, flip it inside out or put a cloth between the iron and the graphic.
4. Skip the bleach and harsh detergents. Mild detergent, that's it. Your blacks will stay black and your colors will stay loud.
5. Wash with like colors. Obvious, but it matters — especially for the first few washes of darker pieces.
Take care of the pieces that say something about you. They'll keep saying it for years.
